As 2018 quickly draws to a close, the Washington Retail Association is preparing for the launch of our new brand on February 1.
The association staff has been hard at work over the past eight months in partnership with Tacoma’s Rusty George Creative, to sharpen the association’s mission and upgrade external communications to better focus our programs and services for our members and all audiences alike.
The most obvious outcomes will include modern and bolder logos for Washington Retail and the Retail Services subsidiary with simplified and organized, user-friendly websites for both operations. All communications – newsletters, videos and social media content – will include color schemes and styles that consistently project a clear and distinct identity and message from the association.
The retail industry is changing rapidly, and the consumer is driving much of this transformation. Retail touches everyone’s lives directly and indirectly, influencing people through new technologies and innovation, offering gainful employment for thousands of Washingtonians. As the exclusive voice for retailers in Washington State, we are committed to working with our members to strengthen and evolve their position with consumers, legislators and the marketplace.
